We decided it was time for our wills/trusts to be updated from our previous simple will. Smiley Rogers was recommended by our son’s lawyer and we called for an appointment. We must say, we feel he and his group did a fantastic job. We believe every facet was well researched and correctly presented. We have complete confidence with the finished product and are totally satisfied.
If you feel it’s time I highly recommend Brennan & Rogers.

If you are in the process of setting up a trust, estate plan or will, do yourself a favor - call Craig. His knowledge and professionalism will take your stress and worries away. He is a straight shooter and understands your concerns in regard to this important step in your life. I made a lot of calls to many lawyers and received various answers and prices. My husband and I recently met with Smilie Rogers to revise our wills and other estate-planning documents, as we had moved to ME from MA. He answered all of our questions and offered suggestions on how to best protect ourselves and our property. Smilie was very professional and friendly, as was everyone else we dealt with from the office during the info-gathering and questions stages. It was convenient for us that they have a second location in Kennebunk, in addition to their main office in York. I highly recommend this law practice!

Mary Kathryn Brennan and everyone at Brennan & Rogers were wonderful in helping guide us through a variety of elder care legal issues including estate planning, long term care placement and probate. I have worked with a number of law firms over time (some small, some nationally recognized) and I have never found such a terrific combination of legal skill and compassionate representation!
