I was very happy with the respectful and empathetic care I received
to resolve the case that Tim Kenlan and his team led me through
after the car crash that occurred to me in August, 2024 . The person who recklessly pulled out on a busy highway crashing into my car, caused me to have a closed head injury. I feel blessed and grateful to this Law Firm, my family, & friends who helped me get back on the road to recovery .

I worked with attorney Tim Kenlan through a personal injury case. I can't say enough about how well Tim worked with me he took the time to answer my questions and the best part is he spoke plain English so I could really understand what was happening with my case at all times. Hiring a lawyer is usually never fun or easy but working with Berman & Simmons and Tim was a great decision I made from the first hand shake to the last it was great knowing they were working hard to get the best result for their client.

I was referred to Berman and Simmons from another lawyer as the other lawyer did not specialize in personal injury. Daniel Kagan was amazing! He walked me through the process, what to expect, and made every step of the long journey great. His team including Tammy were wonderful too. If they needed anything from me they made it simple to understand. No one likes to go through this process but it was well worth it in the end.
