Though ILAP I worked with Attorney Christopher Boots from Berman & Simmons in Lewiston ME Office. He is one of the best attorney that I ever worked with. As a English fourth language my journey wasn't easy. However Mr. Boots made asylum journey very easy. He made sure I understood any and every little detail in my case. We been working as a team to verify, clarify and complete all the documents on time. For example before my work permit went expired he had prepared to apply for the new one. I don't know how my case will be with Mr. Boots support and help. Berman & Simmons office in Lewiston is a very welcoming, clean and very organized. The front desk is very helpful too. If you are wondering about their space they have a wonderful waiting space and a clean bathroom. When you are with your attorney they always ask if you needs drink. They also have very nice offices and many other attorneys. However, I am beyond thankful my Attorney Christopher Boots and his team. Very understandable, kind and professional in his field. I highly recommend him!!! Thanks for not giving up in my case 🙏

I retained Tim Kenlan for a slip and fall on ice in which I fractured my right wrist. Tim is an amazing attorney and, from what I can tell, a really nice guy! He is a savvy and knows the law. We had great conversations and he made me feel very comfortable. He respected my knowledge and let me be myself during my deposition and mediation. My questions and concerns were taken seriously. Berman & Simmons are hands down the best trial lawyers in Maine. The lawyers there, in particular Chris Boots, are kind, smart, and empathetic, and able to make complicated topics easy to digest.

Not sure what Berman and Simmons i was contacted by but it doesn't matter. My case was dismissed before giving any in depth details. I waited a week to hear back from a rep named Susan and i would not recommend receiving any legal help from any attorney that refuses your case before hearing the facts. Sad but happens. NEXT!

Chris Boots- He went above and beyond for all my concerns about my case.He was able to settle my case in a timely fashion. Katie, Chris’s paralegal- She came on to my case later on, but none the less Katie called me every step of the way to inform me along with Chris of any updates / status. Sue, Chris’s assistant- She is always lovely to talk with, passed along any questions I had to to Chris and Katie. The firm staff- From meeting with them to phone calls back and forth, nothing but pleasant interactions.

May have been decent will never know. Was told the case would take to long so they wouldn't take it. But to get a second opion. Feel Like was denied due to the fact we live in lewiston. Isn't that your job ? Lawsuits take time. But hey it's cool there's other lawyers. Just wanted this to be out there. Thanks for wasting our time ⏲️

I was extremely impressed with Jodi and her team. They were compassionate and very professional with me and my case. I recommend them to anyone in need of legal assistance.
