A life altering and catastrophic event is what led me to Berman and Simmons, and attorney Michael Bigos and his team, Erika Lindstrom especially, were beyond amazing in helping me through the process. They answered all my questions to help me understand, they fought for me, and most of all, they got me the best possible outcome from a miserable situation. Without them, I’m sure I would be in debt and in a much worse situation financially and physically. I truly cannot say enough good things about them and am forever grateful that they were able to help me. I highly recommend this office!

Last June I was involved in a car accident on my bike. After a trip to the emergency room, the bills began to pile up. Insurance companies were beginning to call, and I had no idea how to handle the situation. A friend recommended Danial Kagan from Berman and Simmons. Danial met with me immediately and was able to easily explain my options and how I could proceed with or without a lawyer. I knew immediately this was the lawyer I wanted, and we proceeded forward. I cannot emphasize enough how professional and organized Danial and his team are. While Danial is fantastic, Alison, his paralegal, is incredible as well. She stayed connected with me throughout and made sure everything we needed for a successful case was in place. What I cannot overstate is, I literally did nothing!!!!! They handled everything, and as a part-time student, full-time employee, this was essential. Danial and Alison are quite the duo along with everyone else that helped get me through this debacle I am forever grateful. 5 stars!!!
