I’ve been trying to figure out how to put into words the depth of my gratitude to God and to Stephen Schwartz. Stephen represented my husband in a very hard case. I would pray that God would make Stephen and his already amazing powers of persuasion just that much more powerful to help us to get our lives back. It is apparent that Stephen loves what he does, but if on occasion he ever finds himself questioning why he became a lawyer or whether or not he should stay a lawyer, I just want to say that he helped save our lives. He never sugarcoated anything, never promised an easy win, but he was thorough, thoughtful, compassionate, intelligent, and effective, and I cannot even begin to explain the level of my gratefulness to him for what he accomplished. I wish him all the best in life and thank him directly from my heart.

I retained Steve in a matter where I was the Plaintiff and the Defendant. Steve's level of expertise is immediately apparent and provided me a real sense of confidence in such a stressful time. I had several years of information related to the case and Steve was excellent at wrapping his arms around all of the data. He is very bright and spent a great deal of time preparing, asking questions and listening to me and our witnesses. In the trial, Steve skillfully cross-examined the opposing party. He mastered and organized many documents and offered them into evidence in an order that made is easy for the judge to follow. He is compassionate, respectful and aggressive. Steve won the case certainly allowing me to have the relief I sought and got the opposing party's case against me dismissed.

Mr. Schwarts defended me in a Protection from Abuse hearing. Mr. Schwarts worked diligently and prepared for trial on short notice, called all of my witnesses who were in court and ready to go, and then worked the matter out in a way that favored me immensely. Although I contacted this lawyer a week before the hearing, Mr. Schwartz defended me as though he had been familiar with the case for a long period of time. I am extremely impressed and grateful for the service that was provided by Mr. Schwartz and I would recommend him to anyone who needs assistance. When my son was arrested for OUI - I called Attorney Schwartz and asked if he would take on this case. He did and it was all good from this point on. His confidence and presentation about the case were direct and left us with no questions as to what to expect. He took this case on not only as our lawyer but also as a friend - with concerns shared with us and directing us as to what direction we should go. Despite the seriousness of this case Steve presented us with options - we always took his advice and it was all good. His follow-up/communications with us was exceptional.
