My organization was in need of legal advice on a lengthy Commercial Triple Lease contract. Our real estate broker referred us to Gary of Evans Law Firm. Gary's response was immediate and he patiently allowed us time to explain our needs without rushing us off the phone or charging an intake fee. We had a lot of questions concerning the lease. He reviewed this lengthy lease, addressed all of our legal concerns and directed us to address other questions with the broker. Additionally, he provided more favorable language that we should submit to the Landlord for negotiations. One of our most unfavorable sections of the lease was amended by Gary and submitted to the Landlord for negotiations. The landlord accepted the modified language which undoubtedly led us to accept the contract. We are forever grateful to have worked with Gary of Evans Law Firm. Kathleen is so incredible. She puts her heart and soul into her work. I thank God she was with me on my side of the divorce proceedings. She is professional and thorough.
