I have talked to Gary Damico at Evans Law a week ago about my case. I had sent him the information he requested. Plus he also advised me of a retainer fee. Which I was fine with. 8 days has passed. No call/ no response yet. Thank you so much for Nothing.

My experience with Evans Law was excellent. Gary Damico took the time to explain their services, outline my options, answered all my questions in an extremely professional and friendly manner. He followed up with me to check on progress with the transaction in a timely manner. Even though I didn’t end up purchasing the home I had contacted them about originally, I would most definitely work with them on future endeavors. Recommend them highly for any and all real estate transactions.

Gary Damico and the team at Evans Law are truly top tier. Our experience with them was positive from start to finish. Despite some challenges that arose due to the other party, they represented us and our interests well, and were consistently available with clear and timely communication. Our best interests were always prioritized. Never once did we feel like we were "just another client". We would recommend their services again without reservation.

Evans Law aided us with selling our rental home in Maryland. We live in Georgia and relied on Evans Law to facilitate all of our contract and legal requirements to sell our home from out of state. Gary Damico was professional, responsive, and took most of the stress out "For Sale By Owner". Gary and his team were agile in addressing challenges that sprang up last minute resulting successfully closing on time. I would would use their services again and highly recommend their services to others.
