We lost our home to a fire earlier this year and we’re looking for help with selling our home.
Gary and his team at Evans Law helped us by providing legal advice and guidance through the whole process with selling our home to a builder. Gary also drafted a sales contract specific to our needs and he assisted in the communication between both parties.
Evans Law was great to work with and I would highly recommend using their legal or settlement services.

Had an issue arise with our home contractor and reached out. We were, fortunately, able to resolve our contract dispute without having to bring in a legal team. While we hope to not need the use of Evans Law in the future - we would 100% use their services based on the consult alone.

Gary was great to work with and very responsive to our needs. Zachary was also great. Given the current market, we didn’t see the need to use a realtor to sell our house. With today’s online technology and marketing tools, we were confident we could value and list our house ourselves but needed help after that. Gary evaluated the offers, reviewed the contracts and third-party paperwork, and monitored the sale through closing. Working with Gary allowed us to maximize our profits with peace of mind that all the legal bases were covered. We will use Gary again.
