I asked Evans Law to help me save an orphan cemetery. Maryland law is lacking protections for these properties, so there really was no road map for this process. Jonathan and team have been awesome in helping navigate the unknown. We've made far more progress than expected and I see a lasting resolution on the horizon. These lawyers truly care!

I am a family law attorney in California and had a case dispute over titling issues related to property in Maryland. My client and I contacted Mr. Damico for assistance. Mr. Damico explained the intricacies of deed requirements in Maryland, gave me options and alternatives, and prepared requested documents quickly. Mr. Damico's efforts helped me win my case for my client and did so from over 2000 miles away!

Evans Law has been so helpful and really on top of things throughout an issue I was having with a land developer who has directed all of the storm water into my back yard from a new development they were building. Evans Law has been highly communicative and professional. In fact I even referred my mother to this law firm when she was dealing with foundation issues caused by a contractor. She says it is a night and day difference between the attorney she was using and now with Evans Law. Evans Law was even able to clean up some of the mistakes made by her previous attorney who almost flushed the entire case down the drain. I am so happy with them and would highly recommend them to anyone. They are even taking care of a name change on my deed and possibly setting up a trust as well.
