Kerry Lingenfelter called me and from day one she was amazing. She was super responsive and very involved from the start. Making sure that my rights were protected during this divorce. She always answered my questions and never made me feel pressured to pursue something I was not ready for. After months of back and forth I got my divorce. I hired Monica Shear to create a parenting plan and defend me on possible on domestic charges. She created the parenting plan followed by months, unable to get signed + never took it to court never did anything about The harassing emails harassing text messages harassing phone calls. She never did anything about the issues that I raised about his mother with the alcohol or her poor parenting. When we finally went to court Monica didn’t show up she didn’t change or push the court date out so she could attend she simply sent her understudy promising that we would win we lost she was not very understanding that we lost when I asked if she would file the appeal she only wanted more money I would not go with his firm unless you’re interested in wasting your money and your time.When it was time for the appeal I asked if she wanted me to be my lawyer and defend me and get a second chance she said it was best that we parted ways who wants a lawyer that wants to part ways and back down sound scared me!
