Very pleased

Absolutely amazing law firm. I am a first responder who was injured in the line of duty. I was hesitant at first of the process, hesitant of the time tables. And had no hope any case would be resolved in my favor. But after a three year battle for the criminal side of the case, and a three year battle with the insurance company, they came out on top. And got me my top dollar settlement offer accepted. They never gave in, never lost the faith. And always had my interests at heart. Espically Laura Simmons who pushed it over the top. Her dedication and ruthless negotiations set the precedent we weren't messing around, which was what eventually got us more then we ever expected. Thank you all so much, for everything! HIGHLY recommend them.

In October of 2019, Jodie Buchman assisted me in the acquisition of a business by drafting up my purchase agreements. This was my first experience purchasing a business so needless to say - I knew nothing of the process. I can't speak enough to how comfortable and confident Ms. Buchman made me feel. I don't know anything about the other lawyers but Brian Thompson is the best anyone can get, he's very efficient and knows his way around the courtroom, very professional

The attorneys here are always very professional and very good at what they do. I had Kerry Lingenfelter for my custody case and it was a pleasure to work with her. She was always available whenever I had questions or needed to discuss the case. Kerry was very friendly and took an active interest in my case and that in turn made me feel like not only was she my attorney but that she had a vested interest and genuinely cared about me and my family. Their services don't come cheap, but I feel like all the attorneys that I have worked with at this firm are worth every cent.

Expensive but effective

I was involved in a two year long workmans comp car accident case. I originally started with a different law firm, and approximately 3/4 of the way thru my case, I was referred to Jason Wasserman from that firm as my original lawyer was set to retire. This was an excellent change in my case as Jason was very aggressive and attentive to my case. He actually ended up getting me another $5k towards my settlement as my case came to a close. The other firm I started with was willing to settle for less and just seemed to "throw in the towel". While the beginning of my case was not an excellent experience, and very frustrating, Jason and his team were a welcome and needed change and a great finish! Yes, there is a ton of law firms out there, but NO, they are not all the same, my case is proof of that. I highly recommend this firm to anyone who needs help getting what they rightfully deserve. Thw fees were very consistent and fair. Thank you Jason and everyone on your team for the huge effort to get my case settled in a fair manner!

My new lawyer managed to put a stop to my court woes and force mediation first which is what I wanted. She also lowered my child support
