I retained Monica Scherer in my divorce case having had a recommendation from a friend. From the moment I hired her I felt a sense of relief and security knowing that she had things under control which is so important in such a stressful situation. She is tough with the other side and always ahead of the game yet was compassionate and kind with me. Communication is prompt and she was always available to answer questions and give reassurance when needed. I would definitely recommend Monica if you have a case that is potentially heading to litigation because she knows the process inside out. We did not go to court because we negotiated an agreement but through the process she pushed me to get what she felt I deserved and I have no doubt that had we gone to court she would have got a great result for me. You do not want Monica as your opposing counsel so hire her before they do!!!
