They got me in a quick and efficient manner, on the fourth of July when I thought for sure Id be out of luck. Shout out Ralph, very understanding and explained everything I asked.
Edit: Case worker never replied after getting my information, like ssn and my medical records. Since writing this I've been in contact one time, but reached out more times
