I cannot say enough good things about Brien Penn. As a top real estate agent in Maryland I have worked with many attorneys. Brien is an excellent attorney. He really helped me with the legal issues that arose while selling my first home. I give this team complete praise!! They are representing my son for post conviction due to my son accepting a plea deal. With that being said, I never gave up even though other attorneys prior to him said nothing could be done because the plea he accepted and it would be hard to win well guess what Brown Law won the post conviction for ineffective councel and that says a lot when others said no and I continue to have faith. We are still in progress with things for the second round and I have faith in the Brown Law team as well as in the Lord and we will conquer this. Brown's Law Firm is the best Lily and Justin worked on my case I was locked up for a new charge and a violation of probation with a suspended sentence of 20 years Justin Brown and Lily took my case and when they got my discovery they seen all the the illegal things that was done in my case there was several things that that was done wrong by my past lawyer I had, when they did my post conviction and I got a court date Lily represented me to the fullest my post conviction was successful and I was awarded a new trial and then they no process my top my my case furthermore Lily and Justin got me back in front of my violation judge and had my whole probation violation vacated a 20-year sentence during the present time all these trials Lily call my mom and talk to my mom who is dying to cancer and encourage her that everything would be all right and I will be home soon and sure enough here I stand I don't know what I would have done or what would it take place without the Browns Law Firm and I know ,for a fact.I thank God for their service and I couldn't recommend anybody else but this firm for future reference if you ever need an advocate when it comes to law thank you Justin Brown thank you Lily!
