Omg this home buying experience was tough. However, working with Kimberly Puller was one of the best parts. She made settlement so easy. She was straight forward, she took her time, answered all of our questions, and she was very humorous. We were so grateful to have had Mid Atlantic Settlement in our corner. Thank you guys!

Kim and Teressa work as a great team together to get things done! I had a very complicated case with selling my parents estate and Kim went above and beyond to assist me with figuring out the steps necessary to get to settlement! She is so prompt in her responses and also very customer service friendly! She made a difficult process feel much better, I certainly recommend her!

I have used Kim Puller for every closing possible. The only times I did not use her was when the seller or buyer already had another title company relationship. Kim is professional, accurate, efficient and the closings are stress-free. Kim has even provided follow-up information after closing for my clients. She is a wealth of knowledge and really cares about clients. My interactions with Kim and Teressa have always been positive. I recommend this team to everyone.

Working with Nicole Antonazzo and her team from Mid-Atlantic Settlement Services was a wonderful experience. They were readily available and answered all my questions no matter how small. Would recommend to friends and colleagues.

I wish I could give zero stars. The guy who handled my closing was rude and very short with me from the get go. The whole place was completely disorganized and had to print everything out 3 or 4 times before they got it right. Then they didn't even have the correct payoff amount listed and charged me over a grand out of my measly pittance for their error. This just seems to be how they do business...

The settlement process was seem less. Kimberly worked extremely well with my broker in St Louis to insure that there was no miscues and that I was protected from any cyber attacks. Even though she represented the buyer, Kimberly made sure that our best interests were take care of.
