As a follow up to a review from 11/3/2021, Chip guided and helped us in order to honor my deceased mother's wishes. His honesty and understanding ways were so helpful throughout the long stressful and sensitive process. I highly recommend Chip and his entire staff.

The system is broken. A father’s bond with their children is so strong that when you sever it, there is a high chance of that man committing Suicide. Then take almost all their money away so they can never fight for custody again and the chance of suicide increases more. The system is not recognizing a real abusive father from one who is not. They side with the mother when there is no proof. They didn’t give it enough time for kids to realize the truth. And now it’s too late. All involved completely devastated. This law firm’s job was to portray the true person this man was. Make it POSSIBLE for him to eventually see his children again. Do it in a financially affordable way. The case was too hard apparently. The system was too broken apparently. Not placing blame. Just creating awareness. Something MUST change to avoid any further TRAGEDY. Look up how many divorces end in suicide. 9 times more men do and it’s because of separation from kids and money/status. Exactly what happened here and during suicide awareness month. Update: The real problem is turning the kids against their own parent. This lawyer helped me see what really happened and he truly cared for his client. Knows my brother’s kids names by heart and was putting in place help for those kids. He went well above the call of duty to help. I am very grateful.

We had out initial consultation with Chip yesterday and could not be more satisfied. Chip took his time to explain the process to us and set our expectations. He gave the worst case scenario and the best case scenario. His staff has been quick to respond and very friendly.
