Jonathan’s law firm helped me settle a claim that I was getting nowhere with. Once I acquired all the documents needed, I wasn’t bothered until it was time to settle. I really appreciated not having to do any of the work and not having to pay unless I was paid.

His office staff was great. I gathered info and sent it to them. The dr Mr Smith recommended I see was very rude. The settlement was not very much considering I was hit while stopped. I honestly could have done better just going directly through the insurance company as they did assume liability. I met with mr Smith once. On my 2nd and last visit he did not come. Hopefully it is just a random bad experience

Fail. And in response to Jonathan's reply to my review, if Google wishes to contact me to verify the validity of my review, I will gladly produce all documents relative to my case (which your office absolutely FAILED) to show that you are providing false information on here in an attempt to control this reviews section and make yourself appear to be a better lawyer than you are. Perhaps instead of sitting online asking Google to remove all of the negative reviews about you and attempting to accuse former clients (whose cases you FAILED to handle properly) of lying, your time could be better spent concerning yourself with filing necessary paperwork on time so you don't bungle anyone else's case as badly as you did mine. My comment about how you handled my case is 100% valid. FAIL.

My car was rear ended, and my son had a bad experience with a chiropractor, so we have stopped to see the doctor... because my son travels a lot to perform, we do payed much more travel and hotel fees for couldn't driving; I also need to travel to CA to take care my Mom with painful neck and back. I couldn't cooking first several months, so I buy cooked food for all my family, we spend much more money because of the accident. My son and I don't feel good for more than one year, but we only get a very small amount of the settlement fee. I had to find a lawyer, and I have had a great experience with lawyer Jonathan Smith. He was taking time to listen to me and helping me to find right doctors. He has explained everything clearly to me. His staff was very nice, they have always communicated with me timely.
