After my accident, the insurance company called me and left me in tears. The accident wasn't my fault, I had been hit from behind twice. I was suffering a concussion and yet they told me that it could be weeks before they made a determination and I would have to use my own money to rent a car. I decided then to call an attorney. I didn't want to call one of the tv ones, so I did some research online. I was lucky enough to come across Mr. Smith. He had excellent reviews so I decided to call. My first contact was with his assistant Ms. Roche. She was so comforting and helpful. I met with Mr. Smith, who also helped me navigate the maze of doctors, insurance companies, and auto repairs. I can safely say I couldn't have done it without them. They fielded all of my calls, intervened when necessary, and got things done I couldn't get done without them. I won't go into all the details of each of the issues I had to deal with, but suffice it to say they were able to help me with each one. I never felt I was bothering them with my questions. It was always nice to hear a comforting voice on the phone telling me they would take care of it. I hope to never need them again, but if you do, you can't go wrong with this team on your side.

I cannot say enough positive things about how this office handled my personal injury claim. From the very first meeting that I had with Mr Smith until the last which resulted in me receiving my settlement check everything was handled with such class and professionalism. Mr. Smith is an excellent lawyer who navigated me through a personal injury claim against an individual whose insurance company was not acting in good faith after their insured took full responsibility for an car collision that injured me. I recovered all I was asking for and the settlement Mr. Smith negotiated was generous. Highly recommend.
