I was falsely charged, and Mr. Smith was incredibly helpful. His attention to detail, and knowledge of the law is beyond extensive. I had to go to both administrative, and criminal court and with Mr. Smith’s help and expertise I beat both cases, with no consequence. I COULDN’T ASK FOR A BETTER LAWYER. When I was nervous, he was so reassuring to the point that I was confident we would come out on top, and we did. They are very determined to get their clients the most they can. Also professional and respectful. They'll make you feel like family. Costumer service was also great. Jonathan Scott Smith is not like your typical lawyer that would call you every once in a while and check up. His staff there provides excellent services and does all the paperwork for you. During my case, I wasn't sure what to expect other than trust him with my entire life and hope for the best. I had some very unfortunate and complicated charges including out-of-state issues, and Atty Smith was more than willing to help me with phone conferences (versus the three-hour drive).
