I needed to find an attorney to help with eviction proceedings for my mother's house after she passed. I am not a landlord so I had no idea of the process and I don't live in the jurisdiction. Representing Plaintiffs, Rebekah, Steve, and Louisa litigated a very complicated land-use case involving zoning violations, restrictive covenant violations, and the abuse of a private easement by a neighboring property owner. The defendants' attorneys were not easy to deal with, but both Rebekah and Steve always remained calm and professional during difficult interactions. The court granted us a permanent injunction and other declaratory relief, largely due to the diligence, expertise, and hard work of Rebekah, Steve, and Louisa.
