I live out of Maryland. I had spent an entire day calling to lawyers in the Maryland area. Getting either long waits, or No helpful information. From the first call Louisa was helpful and knowledgeable in subject matter. Even pointed me to where I could complete a form and submit to the court myself. Not currently living in a state brings added stress. But I know if my court matter becomes anymore complicated. I wouldn’t trust another team besides this office.

We went to Rebekah and her team as they were rated well for dealing with tenant law issues. We were wrongly not given our security deposit back, and the owners/landlords claimed we owed them other things that didn't have merit. Rebekah not only got us our security deposit back, but fought hard to ensure we were not taken advantage of. Just don’t. the paralegal advised me to legal aid because their retainers fee to negotiate contract was $1000 however not subject to reach my decision. So in theory I would be paying $1000 for my lawyer and their lawyers to chit chat adherently in my favor.

They attempted to help me out with a deed transfer, but because i didnt understand the process, was getting conflicting information from my bank that didnt match what I was being told by them, and was asking questions - they told me they would no longer help me.
