I went to see David with my mother for the purposes of estate planning. He took his time to explain all the options and went over the pros and cons of each of them. His explanations were very thorough and included hand drawn diagrams which made them easy to understand. His good nature and pleasant demeanor made what could have been an uncomfortable situation quite pleasant. We returned for a final meeting and he suggested a last-minute change to meet our needs and quickly made the change and finalized the paperwork. My mother and I were very pleased with the result and the experience of working with David. We both would highly recommend him, and he has our every confidence.

After two previous attorney's failed to provide any guidance, Mr. Wingate explained the necessities to navigate the legal and financial process of transitioning our parents into nursing home care with easily understood explanations. He made an uncertain and emotionally stressful process much less so in one short, relaxed meeting. We are forever grateful. Highly recommended for all Elder Care legal concerns! We are now looking forward to his guidance in prearranging the processes to avoid our own children having to go through what we did.

Sometimes Google reviews can be deceiving, in that they look great but once you contact the company/firm/individual you find that they were no where near as helpful as they seemed- I am SO happy to report that this was not the case with Mr. Wingate.
