David Wingate helped our family with decisions about my dad's welfare and subsequent nursing home care and expense by helping us understand the options of available nursing homes, the choice between nursing home and assisted living, the financial aspects of and requirements for aid to offset the costs of long-term care while protecting the family's assets. His work with and obvious concern for our 93 year old mother continued after our father's death: now he is always available to answer her questions and advise her. Anyone working with David will be fortunate to have such a knowledgeable, caring attorney.

David did an outstanding job of estate planning and securing Medicaid assistance for my father. It's hard for me to imagine anyone having more patience, knowledge and empathy in dealing with us and the situation we were in. David is extremely easy to work with, always making you feel at ease and he is more than willing to explain the same things over and over again if need be! He is active in the community, conducting health care and estate planning seminars and raising money for charities throughout the year. You can't go wrong with David Wingate.

David and I have worked together for the last 8 yrs. I am a Funeral Director in charge of advance planning. I meet with over 300 families a yr. many of which need the services of legal council. I have referred many families to Dave with great satisfaction. Dave is an expert on "Medicade" and helps families and eliminates their stress and confusion with government. Dave and I have given group presentations toegether to educate seniors. A real pleasure to work with.

David Wingate is very knowlegable as well as caring and compassionate.
