I was pleased the service I received, the customer care representatives that answer the phone, they are top notch now, a few years ago this was a big issue for me. My attorney was easy to communicate with, listened and answered my questions and concerns in a way that was satisfying. He followed up and seemed to genuinely care, which, frankly has not been my experience with a few of the attorneys I worked with. The good ones made up for those experiences, however.

Horrible service. Called a month ago. Got a intake number. Told I’d get a email requesting documents. Told
I’d get a call back and email for docs. Never got email. Called 2 weeks later. Told I’d get a call back. Never got a call back. Never got another email requesting docs as they said I would. Called day of court case. No lawyer assigned. Told I’d be Called back later when I have court in less than 2
Hours. I used legal shield and it’s the only firm in this area that works in MD. This firm should not be allowed to operate this scam.

Annice Brown, a thank you is not enough. We all have times in life that hurt and then some of us have times in life that make us unable to feel that hurt, I do not wish that on anyone. Annice dedicated a large amount of time after hours with short notice to help get up to speed on my case. She was kind, professional, and showed care where it would have been easy not to.
