Great for small business that's almost like having an attorney on retainer! The only complaint is when I need a local attorney they don't have a great network of people close to me but not worth that much to me. It's a simple solution to complex stuff an owner gets thrown in the course of business.

From the initial call about some legal advice to having a certified letter sent out it took a total of 3 days. The communication between me and this law firm was exceptional. My lawyer responded to a few different ways of handling the situation within 30 minutes. He understood my request and was very easy to talk with,through phone conversations and e-mail. I have been helped by this firm several times at different times and it has always been the same quality service. I highly recommend this company and give them a 10.

Don't hire. They don't call back or provide any way to reach them that isn't an endless computer call tree. In the two weeks I tried to reach my lawyer, she and her assistants never responded.

They used to be great, but over the past two years, the attorneys sabotaged my leverage to negotiate and resolve my cases, they refused to send out a letter, and basically, just treated me like I was a criminal. Even a telephone operator was rude to me once. So I just let my account go. No love — no more payments.
