Just wanted to write a quick review. I had this debt for over a year. I be calling back and forth just to get answers and every time I call everyone was so nice and friendly and HELPED me a lot!!!!!! Never no attitude and they don’t treat me least of a person because I have a debt. Thank you so much Ms Patty Alongi, I appreciate you for all you help.

This company is extremely sketchy. I had to call my bank to see why my account was overdrawn. I was told that this law firm has a pending case against me for garnishing wages.. I never received anything in writing from this company in regards to wage garnishing. I had a payment arrangement set up with them. I missed a month and I notified them. The lady on the phone told me to just pay when I could. I did. And here I am a month later. No phone call or notice that they were going this route. I haven’t received the court summons yet either, but they also should have communicated what the heck was going on.

There reps are completely rude. I came across one nice guys since I have been dealing with them. The firm rep Shawn is an a$$. People like the ones that work at this firm are why people are scared to receive calls and call them to work out any kind of agreement. They have poor kick you while you are down attitudes when they would probably go so much further if they treated people with dignity and respect. Now after dealing with them I am cutting off all communication and I really don’t care how they get the money. I’d rather go thru garnishing of wages then dealing with any of them. You can really tell who is miserable in their lives outside of work! I can definitely understand now why they are mostly 1 star

I don’t get the bad reviews….if you pay them within a few days of the due date or call to tell them you need a few days they work with you. Before I started paying off the debt I was skeptical because of all the reviews you would think they were the devil. I’ve had nothing but a positive experience with them. I do wish they were compatible with my bank though so I didn’t have to send a money order. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars

These people are so rude they harass u for $432 i told them i want To make a payment plan they refuse to saying my payroll has been garnished they tried the same with my bank acct. I kindly asked to make auto payments starting today the guy was so mean and hung up i also had a lady prior to him named patty who also hung up. Like i can do a payment plan but the way we living now in days i cant Pay all at once.

KPD sends wage garnishments to employers without verifying the identity of the garnishee. Thanks for making us waste 2 hours of our time going back and forth with payroll to determine you weren't even able to properly do your job before sending official forms to my employer. And as mentioned by others, rude and unprofessional, blaming others for the mistake.
