Had a great experience. Spoke with Mike and he was able to explain what my options were and how we could resolve things. He was cordial and very informative.

I called this place to solve some issues regarding a false information from someone who supposedly worked for us ,I was trying to explain that we don't know him and the time we have our corporation don't match with the time the person claimed to be working, just wanted to have everything clear and I just had a rude answer ,thanks OWEN for such unprofessional behavior and hang me the phone, worst customer service ever, this was the first and last time, no wonder so many bad reviews.

They are awful collections agency They don't care for no one. They lie too. Let's see what BBS says

I had been paying them for a credit card I had in college, but eventually was unable to pay due to no job - which I openly communicated. I have a 3 year old son and they took the $600 I'd saved for his needs directly from my bank account. My bank account has been compromised placing me in the negative for over $2,000 for both accounts. You will also get representatives that talk to you like you are dirt, when you make the effort to stay in touch and communicate your current financial situation. Once they took from the bank, this should have verified that the statements I made to them were true and I did not have the money. If you miss 2 months they will take you to court and garnish your account even if you were very loyal and consistent with making payments previously. 0 stars, everyone should be ashamed to work there.

Honestly, this whole experience can be very stressful but Justine made it so smooth. She was very kind, polite, and had great ways to help. The first person I spoke to was a bit harder to work with, but speaking with Justine was awesome (we’re besties now). She made it work for what I can do right now, and I’m so grateful. Never would have expected to find such a lovely human on the other end of the phone call today! Wouldn’t hope to be in this position again but so grateful to have spoken to a literal angel who could make this process so much less stressful.

Very rude I explained to the lady that our only son hung himself 3 days ago and she continued to to say I will hang up on you. Very rude and uncaring.

I have to be honest, after reading all of the reviews I was super hesitant and scared to reach out to them to adjust my wage garnishment amount. I finally gathered the courge and called them. To my surprise, they were so nice and helpful with everything. Justine was so helpful and it took less than 15 minutes to adjust my garnishment and draw up the new agreement to send to my employer. She even called a couple of days later to follow up with me. I also had the pleasure of speaking with 3 other employees at KPD, of which all were polite and helpful. I am writing this to ease the mind of those who have doubts like i did. I cannot speak for everyone or on everyone elses experience but I had a delightful experience with this firm. So dont judge a book by its cover, judge it by your own personal experience.

Just go bankrupt better then dealing with ppl who won't work with you
