Employees are nice. Lots of parking. I wish the post office was closer

If I could give them a zero, I open a new account with $100 in the account.They went into the ever s and checking account and tried to take out $950.00, causing me an overdraft. I don’t even know how they found my new account. They said it was through the credit card that I owe, but the credit card is not associated with my bank. They say they are taking me to court for the payment, but I don't have to attend. I never received notice.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. They are very rude, I'm guessing because they have the upper hand. I owe $86 left on garnishment, $451was taken, simple question when does garnishment stop!! Can't get a straight answer just sarcastic remarks. Should have known I was sued in the middle of pandemic 😕😕.The world is evil enough we don't need extra.

"Jewel" specifically was extremely rude and there is not accountability for the customer service with this firm.

This law firm sent someone out to serve someone, they told my 10yr.old Granddaughter that came to the door they was Baltimore City banging on the door as if they was the police to a little girl threatening as if they was law enforcement so she could open the screen door and take the summons ( never asked for a adult grandchild was waiting on a friend that I was expecting to come by this was very disturbing to a child, she was fearful of her life from a stranger that was big and forceful I ran to the door . This video will be displayed and a law suite as well will be filed against your firm as well as this dangerous man . Everyone please check the laws dealing with companies that charging you with charge off accounts that they purchased and the companies most times are not legal or registered and the bill is no longer your bill , the information does not belong to you or incorrect they are enforcing laws that are illegal by send a man to my house to address a little girl and threaten her by forcing her to open the screen door addressing his self as a person of law Baltimore City he said to her over and over she was frightened very badly. They won't work with you.

They really don’t understand when someone is having a tough situation but still trying to work with them all they care about is the money you can tell. They do not offer any type of settlement. They really don’t care about people honestly. And also when your payment doesn’t go thru they do not notify or call you to follow up they just send mail which takes a while to get to you. They should really care more.Instead of helping they make your life harder

This collection randomly showed up on my credit in January 2023. I found out they had purchased my debt from a closed account from 2019. By April 2023 they had initiated a garnishment and are taking 25% of my checks. My court date for this garnishment isn’t even scheduled until SEPTEMBER. The debt will be paid by then!

I recently connected with Shawn P. Kennedy and explained my situation. They denied my offer to make a payment arrangement for when I had more consistent income (I am a graduate student and a freelancer). They was very short and cold with me when I requested that we keep our communications written-only. I have not been to court yet but reading the other reviews let's me know what I am in for. I will update this review accordingly.

Called once and had a pleasant experience with a lady named Jamie but called again and had a nasty experience with a lady name Jule. Luck of the draw I suppose

They are nothing but dirty liars and thieves who know how to use and manipulate the system to win their cases underhandedly. First things first, never speak to them on the phone (put everything in writing and send via certified mail with tracking) and never let them trick you into giving them your bank account information. Secondly, if they have used a false affidavit in court against you or have intentionally failed to serve you a summons to notify you of a lawsuit so a default judgment may be entered when you do not appear for trial to garnish your wages, report that info to the courts and counter sue. Thirdly, if they are successful with garnishing your wages and/or freezing your bank account and you are left financially damaged, file for bankruptcy (Chapter7) and all garnishments and freezes on your accounts will cease, immediately! This is a good way to stop them in their tracks and to stop the lawsuit. Now, please be aware that filing for bankruptcy should be your last resort if all else fails; however, it’s a powerful weapon to destroy them and you get a fresh start.
