After almost 4 years of fighting Emmanuel Fishelman saw my case through to the end! A case that was supposed to be super straightforward turned complicated when fighting against Montgomery County Public Schools during a COVID shut down! Manny was transparent and communicated as often as he could to let us know any and all updates about my case. He truly did everything to get me as much $$ as possible and came through even with the most conservative judge! Highly recommend seeking his help.

Attorney Emmanuel “Manny” Fishelman handled a very difficult case for me with an uninsured motorist. I thought all hope was lost however he and his team left no stone unturned and prevailed. Manny is compassionate yet aggressive with defendants and does not take no for an answer. He also donates a lot of his time and resources to the help the Hispanic community and graciously defends those who can not defend themselves.
