If I had the opportunity to give 6 stars I would have given it to Robert. I was facing 3 charges. I was having sleepiness night. The stress was at his peak. Robert did an outstanding job. All the a 3 charges were dropped with no deal. What an amazing lawyer. He is so professional and competent. I highly recommend Robert.

I recently gotten myself in a situation and needed help, and was referred to Law Office of Matthew Bennett. During consultation we discussed my charges and he gave me a fair and honest fee for his services. I want to get a little personal speaking about my Experience hiring Matthew, it was the best decision I made, of course your always a little unsure, but every concern I had we talked it over, and most off all he gave me all my options before court and didn't pressure me to do anything I didn't want to do. Unfortunately, I had been involved in two separate cases. (At two different times) I was scared and desperate for help. Someone had referred Mr. Bennett so I made plans to meet. The first time I met with him, he reviewed my case and decided to take it on. He worked hard and kept me informed. He was flexible with his time and always took initiative. I didn’t have to chase him around asking for updates. He’s very hands on without expecting any staff or other persons to do his work. He was realistic and prepared me enough to confidently walk in to fight my case. Once we went to court for the first incident, we won! He got the charges dropped! Next, my offense was more serious and was going to be an uphill battle. (I was facing jail time) I was dealing with not only the courts but the MVA as well. Again, when I went back to him he agreed and he began working on my case. First, I had to go before the MVA judge. The judge ruled I would have to participate in the interlock program for a year or I couldn’t drive. After talking with Mr. Bennett, he agreed we could appeal the decision since we had enough evidence to challenge it. After his hard work, he managed to get me off the interlock program after only 5 months instead of 12! Now we prepared for court and due to Covid we did not get a court date until 18 months after the incident. (He worked on my case the entire 18 months too!) I was petrified I may have to go to jail. Well, he got the major charge dropped. I willingly plead guilty to a lesser offense and did not receive jail time! I was elated and so grateful. I can’t say enough to relay my appreciation. He is capable, considerate and works hard for you. 5 stars all the way!

Great lawyer highly recommend

I conducted research online before scheduling a 1 hour consultation at the rate of $425. I completed the detailed questionnaire, provided all pertinent documents, and listened to his podcast to prepare for our call. I spent 46 minutes briefing him about my situation. It's clear he didn't follow his own protocol; he knew absolutely nothing about my situation. To make matters worse, he shared a random story or two about discriminatory language and the problem with using deragatory language (N-word and Anti Semitic). And with only 6 minutes remaining tells me about his retainer fee and advises that I may want to place the costs on my credit card to get started. I was extremely disappointed at the conclusion of the call. Please make certain you do your research before investing in legal representation. I learned the hard way.

I was involved in an incident in which I was very seriously injured. The facts of the case made it very difficult to win. Nevertheless, Mr. Bennett was able to get a SUBSTANTIAL settlement for me. We spoke often about the case and he regularly gave me updates. I saw firsthand how hard he fought for me. He is extremely smart and well-versed in the law and he has great communication skills with everyone, including me, opposing counsel and the judge. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Bennett as a lawyer.

This review goes out to anyone considering Robert as their attorney. In my experience, he was kind of like Thanos on how he just snapped his fingers and my case disappeared just like that. I am a family man with 3 kiddos, wife and a career. Not to mention a mortgage and 2 car notes. I literally cannot afford jail time. This case has caused many sleepless nights and stress beyond belief. Now I can sleep and live stress free..! The one priceless thing Robert has given me is PEACE OF MIND..!!!

I just want to say thanks from the bottom of my heart.
