Very helpful. Explained every thing I needed to do and did all the paperwork for deed, will, living will, power of attorney and setting up trusts. They also let me pay in payments. I feel much more secure for my family.

If you need an estate planning, look nowhere else, but Stouffer Legal. My wife and I have been in close business contact with them since last November and Alex Housley, one of the estate attorneys there, along with the paralegals, have totally convinced us that they are the best in the estate planning industry because they have done it all and will protect us legally to the extent of the law. Attending a seminar presented by Wilson McManus and sitting down with Alex will open your mind, so you will understand what you want to pursue. The bottom line is Everyone needs a plan and Stouffer Legal is the one you can trust to develop and execute your plan.

While I VERY MUCH LIKE the staff at this firm and all they are helping me with... they have got to be kidding me with these hours. The rigidity of the scheduling makes me ill. I realize that most people doing this type of business are wealthy or rich. They probably make their own schedules they can come and go from there jobs as they please... but this little person here would like to plan for her family's future and I WORK. This process is costly and I need to work to pay for it. I don't have the type of job where I can just not go or leave early... even with notice. You all have faking emergencies to make it to meetings... really. I can't understand why it's not feasible (and this is just my blue collar mind thinking) for a Saturday 9-12 once maybe twice a month to help us little people plan what's to happen with our "stuff". Not everybody would have to be there. One attorney and whoever they deemed necessary once a month. That attorney and whoever they needed for those Saturday hours could even leave early one day during the week because they had "Saturday signings". While virtual is a nice option...it's NOT and option when I'm running around taking care of people at work all day and I barely get a 1/2 hour lunch break. Honestly I may just have to have abandon this whole process and take the l on my deposit because the appointment that I have in 3 months... still have to lie to my job about having to leave early. Thanks for listening. 😐
