I could not have entrusted another law office with my estate planning needs. The entire staff is deeply knowledgeable and professional. I am so glad I was referred to this establishment. They helped me navigate through a variety of options that met my needs perfectly. I'll be a client for life.

I received a flyer for a Estate Planning Live Webinar and called to reserve my spot for a specific date and time. I was told that I would receive a link to join the presentation. I never received the link. However, 2 days later I did receive a link to join the same presentation for a different date and time. I never received any call to tell me that the initial presentation was cancelled (which I assume is what happened). If this firm can't handle something as simple as enrollment for a presentation that is a sales pitch to get business, then I don't have much faith that they will do the legal work well.

After my mother's death I was left to handle the matter. There was so much for me to do, duties that only I could take care of. Fortunately, my mother had a trust set up with Stouffer Legal and there were some legal issues that only they could manage. I was very grateful to have them handled by "my team" at Stouffer. These matters take a long time dealing with probate issues and the Register of Wills and I could not have done it so seamlessly without my teams attentive due diligence. So many items I was unaware of during my waiting that went on behind the scenes and I eventually learned they had gone above and beyond in settling mom's affairs. My father passed away recently and I am the executor of his will. While his estate is fairly clear cut, there were more steps and nuances to probating it than I had anticipated. A friend gave me the name of Stouffer Legal. He and his wife had engaged Stouffer when they were setting up wills and trusts. They were very pleased with their experience. I made an appointment. When you walk into their offices the first person you will likely meet is Mary Ann. She is wonderful and makes you feel so comfortable. Then I met Victor Lembo, my attorney, who specializes in probating estates (not sure if this is the correct legal terminology). All I can say is that I can't imagine an attorney more perfectly suited to this role than Victor. Not only is he highly competent, but he is also so calm and empathetic. This is exactly what I needed as I grieve my father's death. The first visit is information gathering and goal setting. When I went back for the second visit, Victor had everything ready for me. It was presented in such a way that I understood exactly what I needed to do. I left his office and went right over to the courthouse to file the documents. I had every document I needed and the filing process was flawless. I give my thanks and gratitude to Stouffer Legal for an outstanding job. I would have no reservations whatsoever in recommending them. And if that didn't convince you, they have wonderful chocolates everywhere for you to enjoy!! (smiley face)

We had a wonderful experience at Stouffer Legal. We found the webinar that they provided prior to our visit extremely helpful and had us thinking of things we would not have thought of. The staff was incredibly helpful and we appreciated the level of professionalism. Plus, they went the extra mile turning our paperwork around in 2 days since we were here helping out Mom from out of town- what a huge relief!! My Mom adored Mary Ann a the front desk (as did we) and kept saying afterwards that she "felt really good about the whole thing". This was worth every penny- you cannot go wrong with this company, they have thought of it all!
