From the get go, the Whitney Law Firm gave me precise instructions on how to handle my case. I purchased a car online from a dealership in Maryland ( I'm from California). They hid a major mechanical flaw, making the vehicle worthless. I was guided to Whitney for representation. Before even representing me, they told me where to file a case with the Maryland MVA. It took a few months, but the MVA found in my favor. Dan Whitney Jr. stepped in at that point, took over, and reclaimed every dime I had spent on this endeavor, even getting my legal fees back. Dan is a man of his word. Everything he told me came to pass, & I could not be happier. I highly recommend the Whitney Law Firm, & I would not hesitate to use them again. I rented a minivan from a major rental car agency, and during the contract, my brother and I were involved in a felony stolen vehicle stop, which resulted in our detainment until we could clear our name. Long story short, Dan quickly was able to get my brother and I a settlement we could all live with. I highly recommend Dan to anyone, but especially if a rental car company got you involved with stolen rental vehicle.

I bought a new car not realizing that Maryland has a law that prohibits car dealers from charging a sales commission fee, which was quite substantial in my case. The Whitney staff took my case with no out-of-pocket cost to me to recover the dealer sales commission, plus tax. They used the Maryland law to obtain their fees from them, not from me. I got back the full sales commission plus tax and the car dealer paid for the attorney fee. I received the best possible service and outcome from the Whitney law firm and would highly recommend them to anyone needing legal assistance.

Mr. Whitney handled my case with care, and communicated with me any significant changes that were made during the process. Due to his and his teams hard work I won my case.
