In support of my son, I attended two court sessions and must say that Attorney Waldbaum did an amazing job and certainly demonstrated that he is an expert in his field. He obtained not guilty verdicts for my son on both criminal charges due his meticulous and methodical cross examination. Someone called the cops on me for swerving in other lane and nearly hitting a telephone pole. I struck the curb while being pulled over. I handed the officer my inspection report instead of my registration. I also failed the 9 step test and stand on 1 foot test and the officer said I had red glossy eyes slurred speech and strong odor of alcohol. The witness also testified against me in court and the video didnt look too promising I thought I was done. James pointed out inconsistencies in his story and had the da studdering james was very well prepared and fast with his questioning got the jury to prove me not guilty on oui. Couldnt be any happier with the outcome this guy truly is a rockstar in the courtroom
