A few years back I was facing what was potentially going to be a second offense. My field sobriety results were iffy and my breathalyzer results were not in my favor. I hired Joseph waldbaum and like magic those problems disappeared. I would hire him again a thousand times over but I'm not drinking and driving ever again so I recommend you hire him for me.

Do not even waste your time with this law firm. I was with them for almost 3 years and still got denied for SSDI. I filed a new claim, went with a different lawyer and received SSDI within 6 months. This firm really does not care and they are not good.

I hired Attorney Waldbaum for a case I had with Brookline for driving on a suspended license. I was scared, as I thought I would be facing some jail time (mandatory 60 days). Joe was more than on top of my case and I was very confident in him. We went to court and I was told instead of jail time he could quite possibly just get the DA to agree on a fine and additional license suspension. At this point I was happy to do no time at all! Joe then told me later in court that instead of the fine and suspension, he was able to get the DA to just dismiss the case! I was over joyed and I could not believe it. I can not thank him enough for all he has done for me!!!! I will recommend him to every person that I come across that has to go through what I went through. He is worth every penny (which wasn't expensive at all compared to other lawyers quotes) . He is great at what he does.

Joe will fight for you until the very end! My case went to trial 5 times and continued for over 2 years.I thought that I was certainly going to jail, this wasn't the case with Joe in my corner. Mr. Waldbaum was timely, professional and knew what he was doing. He told me step by step what was going to happen and even predicted the outcome of the case on first meeting. He answered all my questions and responded promptly when emailed. He got my 2nd offense oui reduced to a first offense and got 2 other charges continued without a finding. Highly recommend him.
