I had an auto case and originally had went to another lawyer (bad idea).That lawyer didn't don't respond to my calls nor emails and basically told me my case was not worth it and didn't even pursue it.
I brought the case to Darius Pakrooh and he told me he will see what he can do. He constantly stayed in touch with me either via a phone call or email to keep me updated. Made it easy to get him whatever documents he needed. Ended up settling the case for over $20K!! Would definitely give him a call!!

I hired William Roa for two different issues during my campaign for the Massachusetts State House in 2018. His work was timely and thorough on both questions. On one of the questions, I was concerned enough about the reult that I contacted a couple of other lawyers to whom I had been referred. Unfortunately from my point of view, they all reached the same conclusions... I would certainly contact Mr. Roa again if I were in a similar situation.

consulted with this person- and his mannerisms were honestly shocking and insulting and he made my mother and me very uncomfortable. I went to him as a tort lawyer- I’m the victim and he treated me like a criminal. Even the police took me more seriously. Don’t hire him as a tort lawyer even if he tells you he practices it.

What started as an IP question quickly turned into much more work than what we were used to when negotiating with a potential client. Darius helped to re-write parts of our contract to protect my company and give me peace of mind going forward.
