I hired William for a drug possession charge. He pulled together a package with my bio and all of the positive things I have in life as well as all the steps I was taking to better myself as a result of this arrest. The results were better than expected and I rec'd pre trial probation where the charges will be dismissed after 6 months. Couldn't be happier with William and everything he did both professionally and as a 'friend' to guide me through this difficult and scary time in my life.

Attorney William Roa was hired to represent me for gun charges in Boston. He was able to negotiate with the DA to keep the charges in District Court. He handles himself well in court. He is not easily intimidated when dealing with the DA. The DA tried very hard to have my case moved to Superior Courts. This would have greatly increased the mandatory sentence. I liked that he did not press me to accept the first plea offer. I had multiple charges and previous charges on my record. I could have received triple the mandatory sentence. He was able to negotiate the minimum sentence and keep my sentence in H.O.C. I believe he got me the best sentence in a bad situation. He even met with me on Easter Weekend at the jail. I trust him and would recommend him to anyone with gun charges in Boston. He is experienced and he appears to care. I liked that I could tell he really listened when I talked to him. He was straight with me from the beginning about the best or worst outcome that I could expect. I'm glad I hired him.
