I worked with Alavi + Braza for my closing of my first condo. Ali and team were really helpful and made my home buying process go smoothly and kept me well informed throughout the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home.

We have purchased six homes in numerous States but never in Mass. We also wanted to purchase a condo under a 1031 transaction, also a first. We engaged Ali to handle the complicated transaction and were extremely pleased with the outcome. He had answers to all our questions and his admin staff was responsive and smoothly coordinated the 1031 transaction. The closing was quick and easy. Ali also handled our mortgage with Eastern Bank and represented the bank which simplified the transaction. Eastern Bank was also responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend Ali and Eastern Bank to anyone interested in a smooth and easy transaction.

Gotta say, I am never going to buy or sell another property WITHOUT using Alavi + Braza as my lawyers for the transaction!
