My original transaction with the Alavi + Braza team was so exceptional that I didn't think there was any way they could improve their efficiency/thoroughness, wisdom/counsel, and empathy/listening. Since then, I've worked with Alavi + Braza in multiple other transactions, and my experience has always been the same. Their work is exceptional, and I would even characterize it as "fun"! Can't emphasize how easy the team at Alavi + Braza, P.C. made my home purchase. Everything was done very timely with very little involvement on my end. They were very informative, meticulous and friendly. I purchased a home during a pandemic and their efforts made complications related to COVID a non-issue. They are SO great to work with and if you are buying or selling a home, you will be doing yourself a disservice if you go elsewhere!

We’ve worked with Alavi + Braza twice now for mortgages and refinancing and I will say, you won’t find a better team in Boston. Plus, Ali is one of the nicest professionals out there!
