This firm along with Garaunteed Rate made our process so easy of purchasing our first home together. My fiance and I bought my parents house so being a family sale we had no idea where to begin because no agent was involved. They made the process very straight forward and were extremely responsive and professional every step of the way. They were very helpful, nice, and patient with us. Also they made the process happen through a pandemic! Highly recommend!!

Ali Alavi was recommended to us by our real estate agent and we could not have enjoyed working with him more than we did. Upon first contact, he sent us an organized checklist of the things we would have to do prior to closing. He kept us informed and was so organized throughout the entire process – leading up to the closing, we received more, timely preparation instructions. Then, on the day of closing, we had a great time signing away – he made it fun! Following the closing, Ali sent us a final checklist around recommendations and things to be wary of (e.g. fake marketing to get us to buy a new deed for the house). We will definitely go to Alavi + Braza with any and all of our legal needs. He is professional, kind, knowledgeable, and a great person.
