I hired Mr. Paulin to help me with an Artist Visa application for my brother. Mr. Paulin was very courteous and all communications with him and his staff were always very pleasant. He gave me great advice throughout the application process and everything was done on a timely manner and very efficiently. First review I ever write. I couldn't recommend Josh Paulin more strongly. We had the best experience with him. He patiently guided us through a very stressful process. Not only he's a very knowledgeable and experienced lawyer, but also a genuinely good person who cares about his clients and goes the extra mile to help them. We are so happy we decided to work with him. We got our green cards and will definitely go back to work with him when we're applying for citizenship in 5 years.

We spent hundreds of dollars in attorney consultations fees before we met Josh. With a not so simple case pretty much all lawyers turned us down. Josh however never made us feel our case was lost. From the very first time we met with Josh we were hopeful. In just 6 months we were approved for a green card. Josh was very dedicated and efficient. He stayed by our side til the very end even contacted me after my case was already approved to congratulate us. We are very happy with Josh's services and would highly recommend him.

I fount Josh online when I was desperately looking for help. I came to US with an O-1 Visa as a professional dancer. Time was passing by and I knew I won't be able to dance forever. What then? I had to leave the country and simply move on? Maybe, but its not what I wanted. After being here for over 5 years, having a life and being able to see my self living in US, I knew I wanted to stay. At the time someone have told me " You have an O-1 already. You can easily get a green card on your own!" So I applied by myself and unfortunately 6 months later I was denied. I had no idea what happened. Obviously it wasn't that easy as my friend suggested. I was stressed and confused. At this time I was also dealing wth a back injury and I knew my remaining time as a dancer was limited. I panicked. Started looking online for an immigration lawyer who cold help me and explain to me what have I done wrong. Many of the Law Offices I contacted previously to Josh's told me I have no chance. Their explanation was I wasn't "special" enough to get the green card trough my profession. They didn't see any other way but getting married. I finally contacted Josh. He was very kind. Looked at my papers. He didn't promise anything but said he need to know more about me and my carrier. He told me "Why don't you come back in 6 months or so. You just got denied and Its not a good idea to reapply immediately." He also explained to me what would I need more for my future application and how everything should come together. I came back to his office 6 months later. He took my case and started working on it immediately. He was patient and very carful, exploring every single possibility and angle. He guided me step by step trough the process being always on the top of every detail. Every single thing he suggested was well thought and I had a feeling that he was also trying to predict how USCIS office was going to respond to it. He wanted to be ready. And for a reason. After we got a "request for evidence" he knew exactly what to do. Here I am now, an year and a half later a proud green card holder. I am currently not dancing due to my back surgery. If it wasn't for Josh, I have no idea where would I be now, most likely not in US. He made my dream come true. I will always be very grateful. Thank you Josh!

Josh guided me through my naturalization process from initiating my application in July 2016 to obtaining citizenship in February 2017. It became clear from the get-go that he is knowledgeable, competent, and diligent. I didn’t have to fill in the N-400 form by myself—we just went through the questions together, which saved quite a bit of time. He patiently answered all questions I had about the process and provided accurate predictions about how long each stage would take. Josh typically responded to my emails within half a day. He has been courteous, prompt, and professional in all his interactions with me. If all lawyers were like Josh, the world would be a better place. I cannot recommend him strongly enough.
