Josh is a great and very personable person. He helped us file papers for permanent residency, prepared my husband and I for our immigration interview and also went to the interview with us! I am from India and my husband is a US Citizen. Josh helped us understand the process completely and it was a very smooth experience. We didn't have to worry about any details since Josh was always a step ahead in preparing us for everything. He was always available for questions regarding immigration for me and also for my family. He also responds very quicklh via email and phone.
