As far as Mass lawyers go, Attorney Mulligan is a legit certified badass, at the top of any worthy opposition's in-house "Do Not Trifle With" list. She's sharp, thorough, sophisticated, and perhaps a bit ruthless (in a good way). In court, she's personable and convincing; she's focused and fully aware of the task at hand. She's quick on her feet and acts decisively. She spots weaknesses and inconsistencies on the fly. She seemlessly blends all new information into her well-prepped argument as if she already knew it was coming. In the office she's down to earth, open-minded, able to hold a conversation about anything, and altogether cool AF. I can't say enough about the high quality representation Attorney Mulligan provides. You are further perpetuating the injustice on yourself if you don't first seek an appointment with Attorney Mulligan. And So be it.

Attorney Jay Davis is great. I used him for an issue between my mother and father. He was very understanding. His office is great and helped me through the whole thing. He is a straight talker and very caring. Every time I run into him now he always remembers me and asks how my mom is doing. I will use him and his office for all my needs in the future. Not only knowledgeable, but direct and honest. Compassionate and caring, he made time to speak with me before even taking my case though he was on vacation for the week. My particular case was more complicated than he was familiar with, but he took the time to sit with me, get to know the case a little, and helped me find someone trusted and well known to pass it on to. I would not hesitate to return to his offices or recommend him to anyone in need of legal advice.

I feel it is "very" important to share my experience with this law firm as I went to "Jay" Davis in turmoil and very upset feeling like I had no place to turn!! After obtaining counsel for my divorce and being totally dissatisfied after just a couple days, I was forced to fire him immediately due to his lack ability to help me with my urgent issue. I was then left without counsel, but could not continue with that type of lawyer. I felt my situation was urgent. After calling "numerous" firms throughout that day, I was extremely discouraged!! They all wanted outrageous retainer fees for which I was unable to come up with. Finally, there was light!! I called Graeber, Davis & Cantwell, P.C., and spoke to "Jay" Davis briefly on the phone explaining what I felt was one of my lives most horrific situations. Jay agreed to meet with me and my daughter that day. He also agreed to a reasonable retainer fee. I felt better just talking to him! My daughter and I met with him that evening and we knew right away he was the attorney for us! We felt he truly cared about our situation! He had compassion! We didn't have the feeling it was all about the "money"!!! He even gave us a break on the retainer and took what we could afford! He agreed to monthly statements! He didn't have the heart to suck the blood out of us! He felt terrible about what had happened to us! I can't tell you how that made me/us feel! My situation was "horrible" and I was beside myself! I needed a break and Jay did just that for us! I can't say enough about his compassion for my situation! One of the first things I asked for was his cell phone number! I needed to be able to get ahold of him anytime! This was so important to me! Naturally he gave it to me without hesitation!! Jay is also a go getter! He's not afraid to stand up for you! He will let "you" have the final say, but will advise you accordingly! I was able to get my divorce finalized in approximately 8 months "total" (including the 90 days grace period). What will always stand out to me is my actual day in court for the divorce. Being married for many years, this day was a very "hard" day despite the fact that I knew this was the right thing to do. Jay pulled me aside after and we talked for a bit. I could see and feel that he truly cared for me, his client. It was a hard day for him also. So, if you're looking for an honest, fair, compassionate bulldog to represent you for a divorce, do not hesitate to contact Jay Davis! He and his paralegal, "Annie" will treat you right and be there for you! I will also be retaining this office for wills :-) This "is" my go to firm now! Love them!

Mr Davis was my divorce attorney, he took my money and got me nothing to speak of. He took advantage of me while I was at my lowest.
