He screwed over my faamily. He had 3 cases with my family and never had the decency to show up to court. Not worth any time or dime. He is not to be trusted.

Attorney Dion is an excellent attorney. He has worked on two cases for me. He won the first case which was a difficult and complicated case. He saved me $80,000. I expect he will win the second case he has been able to bring the defendants to heel where they now negotiating to settle. He is always available to discuss my concerns. He has been at every court date and has always treated me with respect. I could not ask for a better attorney. He is a solid, dependable and very smart attorney.

Todd is an excellent attorney who helped our family save our home. My entire family has benefited from his services numerous times. He never missed a court date and even showed up on emergencies requiring court appearances. I highly recommend Attorney Dion, especially if you want to save your home. He's the best.

I can't say enough good things about these guys. Jay Davis was my closing attorney and he was extremely knowledgeable the entirety of the process. Leading up to the process I was corresponding with Debbie who is one of the nicest people I have ever worked with. I hope to work with these two again in the future and will certainly be referring others in their direction.

In addition to using GDC for our family legal documents (e.g. will and testament), in 2017 we used their office to sell and buy our homes. While we did not think out doing a sale and purchase back to back on the same day, GDC made it all happen for us. MaryAnne and Debbie were awesome to work with and Debbie put at ease in the last week when things didn't look like they were going to happen on time. While I don't recommend closing on a sale and purchase on the same day, I highly recommend GDC, MaryAnne, and Debbie!

I got into a car accident in 2011 it's 2017 and he still hasn't finalized everything. He also Never returns calls.

I have known Jay for about ten years. I called him with a problem that had arisen with my divorce that had been finalized ten years. I needed to produce financial documents in a short period of time per a court order. Jay spent over an hour on the phone with me explaining what everything meant and why I needed to comply with the request. He was helpful, professional, and a great guy to talk to. He insisted that if I had any additional questions or concerns, to call him back and he would help me out. Jay is the type of attorney that anyone would want and be lucky to have in their corner. I would highly recommend Jay to my friends and acquaintances.

Who wants to visit a Divorce Attorney?? NOT ME!!! But unfortunately this is where I ended up. Not knowing what the road ahead had in store for me, not having any experience in this and not knowing what to do or expect, Jay helped me out in all aspects of my Divorce. From beginning to the end he was there at every turn, he was fair, accommodating & helped me through what could have been one of the worst situations in my life. Even since my divorce has been finalized and other bumps in the road have come up, he was there to help out (at no additional costs to me). Hoping that I never have to take this route again but in the event of any future law issues, Jay would be the first person I would call. He was ver personable and at no point did I feel haggled or taken advantage of. I would definitely recommend him or his firm for any issues you may have.

I had Kevin because he was appointed by the court , he never return phone calls when he was supposed to ... Times he said he would call he never called . He lied about setting up motions and talking to people at court . He play games and gave me the runaround . I am not the first person he did this to,just look him up he's been disappointed by the bar association . If you're looking for incompetent deadbeat lawyer , then hire Kevin Kirby . If you're looking for a responsible honest hard-working lawyer , then go somewhere else ,but do not hire Kevin Kirby .

I was referred to Kevin Kirby after my father's death a month ago (veteran/policeman). My family needed my father's will to attain medical records for a malpractice case but my dad filed his will with Kevin's father, Gerald Kirby. The Kirby office directed me to Kevin saying that he had taken over his father's records. Kevin laughed over the phone while explaining to my family that they had lost my father's will and that we would have to pay another attorney for a new one before pursuing my father's case. I couldn't believe how rude his response was and the way he dismissed us so we told him that we would be seeking compensation for the will my dad paid for. In response to this Kevin had his father Gerald lie stating that they did retrieve the will and Gerald provided a phony number for us to use to attain said copy. My family found a competent lawyer and some of my father's acquaintances to take care of this but I was so appalled by Kevin Kirby's reaction and wanted people to be aware. Having to deal with such an incompetent family of lawyers really added insult to injury in coping with my father's death. My father was a great guy and all I wanted was the medical records to defend him. Because of the Kirby family we have been forced to pay again for the documentation we need. No one should have to deal with a lawyer like this. I gave him an average rating for keeping me informed but all information given was false. Do not hire
