When looking to establish a trust, a lawyer that I highly respect recommended Sean Hagan to complete the work. Long Hagan Huff-Harris not only completed the work with professionalism, but Sean was personable, caring and intelligent. He made me feel at ease and explained everything in detail. I will be recommending Sean and this law firm to family members and friends.

I went here because reviews were good, but they are not accurate with quoting for their work. I went there for a simple prenuptial agreement. They quoted me for something around $1600-1700. My bill ended up being 60 % higher than that. One of the name was mistakenly spelled wrong and it was not my fault and yet I had to pay for those changes. I wish they would be more upfront on the cost of their legal fees.

Amy Huff-Harris did what every other attorney said was impossible. I battled in court with my abusive, controlling ex-husband for 7 years over visitation, child support etc. I did everything short of begging the judge to get her to understand how dire our situation was, to no avail. When I remarried, to an enlisted Navy man, my husband and I realized that we needed to hire an attorney if we were going to be able to be free, to keep myself and my son safe and stay together for the next 9 years of his military career. With a military relocation quickly approaching Amy and her team worked tirelessly to get the results we needed. I did endless research about relocating a child out of the state of Massachusetts and what I found was bleak but Amy never hesitated, she knew exactly how to win. It was a long battle, to say the least, and we did end up going to trial. Amy was very methodical about her process. She knew exactly what to bring to the judge and what to leave out. She and her team prepped me well and she left no stone unturned. Before I hired Amy, my son and I lived in fear everyday and now we are free and safe with a multiple year restraining order against my ex. We now live with my amazing husband in a new state because of her and we are no longer living in fear. We are forever grateful. I honestly can’t say enough, she’s amazing.

My family were recommended to Sean Hagan for a Trust. We were immediately touched by the caring he showed for our Father, and Father In-Law. We described the situation as it presented to us. He listened to us. He made recommendations, and most importantly, he assured us that he would be able to work with us to create a viable Trust. He went to the hospital and met with my Father In-Law privately. He wanted to make sure that he was on board with this and was in full agreement. I was very impressed, as we all were by this step. I gained a great deal of respect for him and his practice. He is so very compassionate for his clients. He stands above all others in his caring way. The firm took care of all the necessary paperwork and court needs. There were a couple of issues we faced, and he handled them with ease. I cannot tell you how comfortable he made this whole process. In addition to his solid legal knowledge and pragmatic approach to walking us through, what can easily be into an incredibly complicated and cumbersome process, Sean carefully explained what information was needed to get started and how each phase of the plan would connect to the whole. To this day, whenever I have an issue and need a couple minutes, he's there to listen and share his thoughts. Sean's also a charming guy with a great sense of humor who you can trust to do the right thing. And that's a special quality that's tough to find these days.

I couldn't be happier with our experience working with Sean Hagan, Esq. for our trust/estate and tax planning needs. My husband and I are in our late 30s/early 40s and have two small children. We've been putting off creating a will for several years, as it's easy to put it on the back burner at this time in our lives, but we are about to go away for a long weekend without our children and knew it would be irresponsible to leave without something in place, God forbid anything were to happen to us. I found Long Hagan Huff-Harris via google search. They had gotten great reviews on google and they were conveniently located on Washington Street in Roslindale (Boston) so I figured I'd give them a try (They also have locations in Brookline and Hingham MA). Having never done this before, I didn't know where to begin, so I submitted a form on their website thinking it would go into a black hole as these things usually do, but instead, Sean Hagan got back to me the same day to answer my preliminary questions and schedule a free consultation to learn more about the process. We met with Sean less than a week later and were immediately impressed by the quality and professionalism provided by Sean and his partners. The office is very nice and welcoming and Sean exudes warmth, integrity, kindness and intelligence. We had a LOT of questions and Sean invested a lot of time over several meetings to answer them patiently. He knows the laws inside and out and explained everything to us clearly so we felt 100% comfortable about the important decisions we were making about our childrens' futures, our property and tax plans, our end-of-life care and more. We are so happy to have found such a great group of lawyers that we feel operate with complete integrity and truly care about their clients. I felt the money we spent was absolutely worth it and would recommend Sean and his partners for all of your family law, business law and will/trust/estate planning needs.

It is impossible to overstate the excellence and uniqueness of this law firm. Not only are their lawyers highly skilled at what they do (trust planning in my case) but they are also compassionate individuals who on two occasions made time for me in emergency situations and within hours completed work which was desperately needed.
