I hired James Long and at first the team was very efficient and professional. Then there was a misunderstanding and communication problem through an email and ever since then they have completely ignored me and unresponsive about my $1000 deposit. I obviously am not working with them anymore so why can't they respond to my questions about the deposit etc.? I feel that they are very unprofessional

Attorney Hagan (who I worked with) is a talented attorney who has outstanding personal skills.
