I was recently terminated, and it was a complete shock. Attorney Fitpatrick was extremely knowledgable about all aspects of employment law, and helped me negotiate a much better severance agreement than I thought possible, and even got health insurance added in. She also caught several clauses of the agreement that were not in my favor and had them changed on my behalf. Most importantly, a separation is a traumatic event, and Ms. Fitzpatrick was always compassionate and supportive, even when I might have been a little difficult. I highly recommend her.
