Polly's genteel, yet effective style as a mediator was such a welcome change from the lawyers with whom we started the process. We used Polly Tatum for our estate planning and Will. She was very knowledgeable in explaining the importance of having these two items done for the benefits of you and your family. She took her time explaining and put the legal jargon in layman terms so that we could understand the importance of having these documents. she was very professional, and responsive to our many questions. She took care of all the paperwork and took time to explain each document... we now have our plan complete and feel good if something were to happen our children would be protected with our last wishes.. this is something everyone should do, it’s not as daunting as you would think

She was very helpful in going through my documents, selecting what was relevant and what was irrelevant to my case, and helping me formulate an argument that supported my claims, all while adhering to the law. She was also professional and empathetic to my circumstances and helped to lessen my anxiety about the entire process. I would recommend her, absolutely.

Polly recently handled my divorce and I could not have been more pleased with the entire process. She was not only compassionate in handling my business with care but she was also very responsive and efficient in the coordination of everything. This included being proactive in scheduling 1x1 sessions between us to stay aligned so that I always knew current status and was never left wondering. Also important to note is the service and support by Polly's legal assistant Kathy who helped me daily with email communications, document sharing and other misc. business. Working with Polly and her team made a very difficult and emotional situation a lot easier to get through for which I am extremely grateful.

Polly helped my ex and me navigate through an amicable divorce. Across about five sessions she kindly and professionally walked us through all the steps, provided guidance on important topics to think about, and ultimately crafted a well-written separation agreement.
