Before you can speak to any lawyers you must pay a $500 non-refundable fee for an hour time slot. I thought that this would guarantee some sort of help for my case but once I got in the meeting, I had to wait for 15 minutes, and the call only lasted 20 minutes. I inquired about stipulations regarding the fee for the 1 hour "estate planning session" and the front desk person did not tell me that the hour wasn't guaranteed. I was hoping to at least get half of that back or so since the person I was meeting with was late and the meeting lasted less than 30 minutes, but that was not the case. I was also told that I would get a follow up and reference for someone who could actually handle my legal matters 2-3 business days after the meeting. It has been 10 days and I have received no follow up for the meeting and it makes me believe they just wanted to pretend to be able to help then ghost me after. Would not recommend if you're out of state or are seeking help for small estate matters. Update: 1 day after this review went up I finally received a call and was given a full refund.
