My experience with Zackary Meyer was incredible. He made me feel comfortable in explaining my litigation matter that had been going on for over 5 years. You can’t imagine the frustration I’ve been dealing with for that long period of time. First starter he is very easy to work with! I never worried about my case. He makes you understand every single detail. The level of appreciation I have for Jenn McCabe and her team of associates is hard to put into words. The court system could really be described as a foreign land. One that is unfamiliar and structured in such a way that it’s almost impossible to navigate on your own. That’s where Jenn McCabe came in and completely changed the trajectory of my case the moment she took it on.
She goes above and beyond to do whatever she needs to do to give you the best fighting chance in court. Before I had Jenn I had so much anxiety entering the court room. After having her as my advocate she represented me in court better then I could have ever done and I finally got the justice I deserved. This brought down my anxiety and kept me safe knowing someone else I could trust was representing me and presenting my case the best way possible. I will start from the beginning, Angela and her staff have always been professional first and for most but have that personal touch that makes a HUGE difference when dealing with family law matters. Everything in life starts with communication. Enholm law firm has always answered the phone with in just a few rings and returns emails in a timely manner. If I didn’t know that Angela and her staff had other clients I would think that I was the only person they dealt with. Being forced into an unwanted divorce situation, I asked our business attorney's for the best recommendation they could give me (Lasher Firm in Seattle) and it was Mr. James Shipman. I can't say enough on how excellent Mr. Shipman has been as well as his staff in handling me as well as the divorce situation. He has been kind and understanding as well as very thorough. The cost(s) involved was far better than I expected. He was very fair to both my ex wife and myself during the mediation process and gave me excellent advice through out. Donna Smiedt was recommended to me by a dentist friend of mine. He himself had been through a few divorces and knew who was good and who was not. Not only is Donna incredibly proficient at what she does professionally, She is a very compassionate caring and helpful person as well! She knew how to communicate well with both myself & my now ex-husband. I got an incredible settlement -fair & generous. Partly because she was able to speak in a non-confrontational tone with my ex and convince him that it was best to be fair. I’m quite sure no other lawyer could have attained those results due to his type “A” personality. I originally booked a consultation last year with Pervaiz to discuss my options since I was going through divorce. I didn't have enough info for her during my 1 hour consultation so she cut my session short. So I ended up having a credit for 150$ from the 300$ hour consultation.
After I finalized my divorce amicably with my ex, I decided to reach out to schedule a consultation to write a Will. No Money was collected for this appointment, I just reminded them I had the credit still in my account and they confirmed. I called and emailed the day of my appointment to let them know I had a 103 fever and that I was very sick and I am not able to discuss anything related to a "Will". I mean how could you? With a high fever!! This is a serious topic and you need you full brain capacity to do so!!
Pervaiz refused to reschedule my appointment and they told me if I do not call at my appointment time that they will not allow me to reschedule.
I was diagnosed with the flu and pneumonia and they can clearly tell I am not making my sickness up from the way I was coughing. I offered to send a doctor's note however she just decided to take the credit I have left with them instead of being empathetic with my situation! This clearly shows you that she doesn't care about people! And she just knew I had a credit and took it!
Sickness happens and this unpredictable. I will not recommend her to anyone especially after what happened to me!

Kevin Lessman is my attorney and has been for two years now. He is persistent on about me taking more of an interest in my defense. When I don't call or keep my appointments, he gives me a herd time about it. I realized that he is trying to fight for me and needs my help. Carolina assisted me with an ongoing matter that I had with a neighbor in the apartment complex I lived in. For over 1 year, we had multiple complaints with these neighbors to the building management that included several calls to the local police department. Unfortunately, our building management didn't do anything to rectify the situation. Our complaints really fell on deaf ears.
All that changed when I reached out and hired Carolina to handle the matter. Carolina got immediate results after we hired her. I called her office and Im surprised that she picks up her own calls NO Secretaries! She kept me posted at all times delivers result and I mean even weekends and very late night she's up working on your case. She is not a greedy lawyer, although SHE DOES HAVE A RIGHT TO BE... I tell her accurate info and soon as she asked me to read and review her documentations and letters I do it, and she reciprocate and goes above and beyond her clients cooperation.... THAT'S THE KIND OF LAWYER SHE IS, she does not say a lot at first, she listens to you and lets her client weigh in their options, she wont instigate fight between her client and the other parties just to earn a living... but she surely wont let her client end up as loser.... My ex's lawyer was very greedy and very ghetto... NOT JULIE... she's very calm, classy and as a matter of fact when we were in the court, random people approached her and told her " YOU ARE VERY SHARP AND CLASSY UNLIKE OTHER LAWYERS, THEYRE ALL MOUTH AND YET THEIR BRAINS ARE EMPTY", and when our case has received judgement she even had to help the other lawyer figure out what to do next. She comes in prepared and organize and on time, if not half an hour early. Ive not seen any lawyer ever before like her and my Dad was a lawyer he was very kind and very smart, but JULIE?... We hired Mrs. Julie Warshaw's for Guardianship and Special Education Law services. Throughout she was kind, understanding, patient and very diligent. Guardianship was completed very efficiently within a few weeks. Even for the special education services her approach was different than others. While discussing the matter she would even use the nicer words for the other party too. Saying let us understand their point of view and resolve the matter. Unlike some others professionals who will bash the other party during the first appointment but will be less responsive once the contract for services is signed. But we saw her same level of commitment as the case went on. As others also mentioned she is really an attorney with a heart! She is extremely knowledgeable about all the topics too. We cannot thank Julie enough for everything that she has done for us. We highly recommend her.

I highly recommend Knies, Helland & McPherson. Jenni (Helland) did an amazing job. My ex and her attorney were very antagonistic, liked to draw out the process, and did everything they could to drive up legal fees. Jenni was great in understanding what was happening and the likely outcomes or consequences. She avoided emotional arguments, and instead made sound legal ones. More importantly, she advised me when I was making an emotional decision and gave recommendations on what actions I could take that would be legally successful. Having someone in your corner that was willing to tell you what you needed to hear, instead of what you wanted to hear saved me thousands of dollars.
This is not a law firm that will needlessly drive up costs. For example, I was never charged for attorneys fees for anyone Jenni may have consulted with (this is a frequent tactic of less reputable law firms). I was never given a weekly 'update' that created billing hours even if nothing was happening in the case. Jenni never had me make needless discovery requests, subpoenas or motions that are typical and drive up costs.
I had a more experienced and higher hourly rate attorney than my ex, but my ex's legal fees were 30% higher because of all the shenanigans they played.
Jenni will give you the legal experience you need without driving up costs.

I highly recommend this law firm. Someone directed me to this law firm when my daughter’s mother sued me for child custody and child support with the intention of extorting money from me. With the help of attorney Michael who practice under this law firm, my case was dismissed with prejudice . Michael is very knowledgeable with Maryland family law as well as international law.
